Product Overview

INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT High-Temperature Industrial 3D Printer

The INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT is a compact, professional high-temperature FFF 3D printer designed for engineers, researchers, manufacturers, universities, and product development teams working with advanced engineering and high-performance polymers.

A 450°C all-metal high-temperature extruder, 160°C heated build plate, and actively controlled 90°C chamber provide the thermal environment required to process materials ranging from conventional thermoplastics to demanding polymers such as PEEK and PEKK.

Its 260 × 260 × 260 mm (10.2 × 10.2 × 10.2 in) build volume provides space for functional prototypes, engineering components, tooling, jigs and fixtures, research parts, and low-volume end-use components while maintaining a compact machine footprint.

Designed for Professional Applications

The FUNMAT HT combines high-temperature material capability with a relatively compact professional platform, making it suitable for applications such as:

  • Functional prototyping
  • Jigs and fixtures
  • Manufacturing aids
  • Engineering development
  • Research and development
  • Automotive applications
  • Aerospace applications
  • High-performance polymer parts

Product Features

Advanced High-Temperature Thermal System

High-performance polymers such as PEEK require controlled temperatures throughout the printing environment. The FUNMAT HT combines a 450°C all-metal high-temperature extruder, actively controlled 90°C chamber, and 160°C heated build plate to help reduce thermal stress, improve interlayer bonding and dimensional stability, and minimize warping and cracking.

Wide Material Compatibility
Process high-performance polymers, engineering thermoplastics, composites, and conventional FFF materials on one platform.

Open-Material Platform
Supports compatible third-party materials in addition to INTAMSYS materials, providing greater flexibility in material selection.

260 × 260 × 260 mm Build Volume
The 260 × 260 × 260 mm (10.2 × 10.2 × 10.2 in) build area provides space for functional prototypes, engineering components, jigs, fixtures, tooling, research parts, and multiple smaller components in a single print job.

Fully Enclosed Heated Chamber
Maintains the controlled thermal environment required for high-performance thermoplastics.

Automatic Bed Leveling
Automatic and manual leveling options simplify setup and calibration.

Reusable Ceramic Glass Build Plate
Ceramic glass build surface with magnetic fixation.

Filament Runout Detection
Built-in detection alerts the operator when filament is depleted during printing.

Power Outage Recovery
Helps protect longer print jobs from unexpected power interruptions.

Camera Monitoring
Built-in camera provides visibility into print progress.

Full-Color Touchscreen
Integrated touchscreen provides convenient on-machine control.

USB & SD Card Connectivity

Transfer print files and manage jobs using USB or SD card connectivity.
