The INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO is an industrial FFF 3D printer designed for professional engineering, manufacturing, and production environments that require high productivity, controlled thermal performance, and broad engineering-material compatibility.

The system combines a 100°C actively heated chamber, 350°C high-temperature extrusion system, 160°C heated build plate, and Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) technology. 100°C Actively Heated Chamber

The thermostatic build chamber maintains a controlled thermal environment for engineering materials. This helps improve dimensional stability, layer adhesion, surface consistency, mechanical performance, large-part printability, and production repeatability.

Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX)

Two independent print heads support multiple production modes:

  • Dual Material Mode — print model and support materials or two compatible engineering materials
  • Copy Mode — produce two identical components simultaneously
  • Mirror Mode — manufacture mirrored components during the same production cycle

The IDEX architecture increases flexibility while improving productivity for applications such as tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and production parts.

High-Speed Production

The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO combines optimized motion control with high-speed industrial printing to reduce production time while maintaining dimensional accuracy and print quality. Combined with IDEX Copy Mode, the platform can increase productivity when manufacturing multiple parts.
