PRODUCT OVERVIEW
High-Speed Industrial 3D Printing for Engineering-Grade Materials
The INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO is an industrial FFF 3D printer designed for professional engineering, manufacturing, and production environments that require high productivity, controlled thermal performance, and broad engineering-material compatibility.
The system combines a 100°C actively heated chamber, 350°C high-temperature extrusion system, 160°C heated build plate, and Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX) technology. This architecture is optimized for engineering-grade polymers and fiber-reinforced composites while supporting faster, more productive printing workflows.
Flexible Build Capacity
The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO provides:
- Single-nozzle build volume: 305 × 260 × 260 mm
- Dual-nozzle build volume: 260 × 260 × 260 mm
The expanded single-nozzle width provides additional room for larger engineering components while maintaining a relatively compact industrial footprint.
Designed for Professional Applications
The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO is well suited for:
- Functional prototypes
- Jigs and fixtures
- Manufacturing tooling
- Assembly aids
- Automotive components
- Robotics
- Electronics
- Replacement parts
- Small-batch production
- Composite-material applications
- Engineering validation
- Research & development
- Education and research

PRODUCT FEATURES
100°C Actively Heated Chamber
The thermostatic build chamber maintains a controlled thermal environment for engineering materials. This helps improve dimensional stability, layer adhesion, surface consistency, mechanical performance, large-part printability, and production repeatability.
Independent Dual Extrusion (IDEX)
Two independent print heads support multiple production modes:
- Dual Material Mode — print model and support materials or two compatible engineering materials
- Copy Mode — produce two identical components simultaneously
- Mirror Mode — manufacture mirrored components during the same production cycle
The IDEX architecture increases flexibility while improving productivity for applications such as tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and production parts.
High-Speed Production
The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO combines optimized motion control with high-speed industrial printing to reduce production time while maintaining dimensional accuracy and print quality. Combined with IDEX Copy Mode, the platform can increase productivity when manufacturing multiple parts.
Intelligent Auto-Leveling
Auto mesh leveling and Z-axis calibration help simplify machine setup and provide precise, efficient bed calibration.
Engineering-Material Capability
The 310 NEO is designed for a broad range of engineering, composite, flexible, and support materials, including PC, PA, PPS, fiber-reinforced polymers, and other compatible materials.
Connected Manufacturing
Depending on system configuration and software version, supported functions include:
- Remote printing
- Remote printer monitoring
- Print-job queue management
- Network connectivity
- API / SDK integration
- MES integration capability
- Material process packages
- Intelligent path planning
- Automated calibration
- Filament monitoring
- Integrated air filtration
Compact Industrial Platform
Despite its industrial capabilities, the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO maintains a relatively compact footprint:
Machine dimensions: 700 × 655 × 700 mm
Machine weight: approximately 80 kg
