INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610HT
Large-Format Ultra-High-Temperature Industrial 3D Printing
The INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610HT is a large-format industrial FFF 3D printer engineered for manufacturing complex, high-performance parts using some of the most demanding thermoplastics available.
Combining a 610 × 508 × 508 mm build volume with dual high-temperature extrusion and an actively heated chamber capable of reaching 300°C, the FUNMAT PRO 610HT provides the controlled thermal environment required for large-format printing with materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, PPSU, PPS, and fiber-reinforced engineering polymers.
The large build envelope enables manufacturers to produce substantial functional components as single parts rather than dividing them into multiple sections for post-print assembly. This can help reduce assembly operations, bonding requirements, mechanical weak points, tooling requirements, and production complexity.
Built for High-Performance Polymer Manufacturing
The FUNMAT PRO 610HT goes beyond simply providing high nozzle temperatures. Its ultra-high-temperature architecture is designed to control the thermal environment throughout the printing process—an important requirement when processing advanced polymers such as PEI and PAEK-family materials.
With a heated chamber reaching up to 300°C and dual extruders reaching up to 500°C, the system is designed to help reduce thermal gradients, minimize residual stress and warping, improve interlayer bonding, and support dimensional stability when producing demanding industrial parts.
Large-Format 610 × 508 × 508 mm Build Volume
The generous build envelope makes the FUNMAT PRO 610HT suitable for large functional components, production tooling, fixtures, manufacturing aids, prototypes, and low-volume end-use parts that may be difficult to manufacture on smaller high-temperature FFF systems.
Designed for Industrial Applications
The FUNMAT PRO 610HT is designed for demanding additive manufacturing environments including aerospace, automotive and transportation, oil and gas, energy, industrial manufacturing, tooling, research, and advanced engineering applications.
For organizations requiring a combination of large-format FFF printing, ultra-high-temperature chamber control, advanced polymer compatibility, and production-grade capability, the FUNMAT PRO 610HT provides an industrial platform for manufacturing large, high-performance polymer components.

Product Features
Large-Format Industrial Build Volume
A 610 × 508 × 508 mm (24 × 20 × 20 in) build envelope provides the capacity to manufacture large functional parts, tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and end-use components while reducing the need to divide larger designs into multiple printed sections.
Ultra-High-Temperature 300°C Build Chamber
The actively heated build chamber reaches up to 300°C (572°F), providing the controlled thermal environment required for demanding high-performance polymers. Elevated and stable chamber temperatures help reduce thermal gradients, warping, and residual stress while supporting improved interlayer bonding and dimensional stability.
Dual 500°C High-Temperature Extruders
Two high-temperature extruders reach up to 500°C (932°F), enabling the FUNMAT PRO 610HT to process advanced thermoplastics including PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PPSU, PPS, and reinforced engineering materials.
Broad High-Performance Material Compatibility
Designed for advanced polymer manufacturing, the FUNMAT PRO 610HT supports materials including PEI 9085, PEI 1010, PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PPSU, PPS, PC, PC-ABS, PPA-CF, PPA-GF, PA6/66, PA6-CF, PA12, PA12-CF, ABS+, ABS, and ASA, among other qualified materials.
Advanced Filament Management
Four filament spool positions support demanding print workflows, while independent sealed filament chambers provide active heating and dry compressed air to help keep materials dry during printing. Automatic filament feeding and reloading further support long-duration production.
Automated Material & Print Monitoring
Integrated functions include filament auto-reloading, filament jam warning, filament absence warning, automatic nozzle cleaning, remote control, and remote printing to help reduce operator intervention during demanding production jobs.
Industrial Motion & Build Platform
A servo-controlled motion system with high-precision ball screws supports accurate industrial operation, while flexible build plates with a vacuum adsorption system provide a production-oriented printing platform.
Industrial Safety Architecture
The FUNMAT PRO 610HT incorporates an independent safety PLC, electromagnetic safety door lock, over-temperature protection, overload protection, emergency stop button, heat-insulated front door, heat-resistant shielding, and a three-color warning light.
Connected Production Workflow
Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB connectivity provide flexible access to the printer, while the integrated 10-inch touchscreen and INTAMSUITE NEO software support day-to-day machine operation and print preparation.
Built for Demanding Industrial Applications
The combination of large-format capacity, ultra-high-temperature thermal control, advanced material compatibility, and industrial process features makes the FUNMAT PRO 610HT particularly well suited for applications across aerospace, automotive and transportation, energy, oil and gas, tooling, and advanced manufacturing.
